By agreeing to do business with Matrix Productions either verbally or in writing, you agree to our terms & conditions.

COPYRIGHT:
All data or audio remains the property of Matrix Productions including any physical mediums of storage who retain Copyright of materials until all outstanding payments have been settled.
The Copyright of all materials generated at a session will reside with Matrix Productions until such time as any & all payments are settled. If payment has not been made within one hundred (100) days, Matrix Productions reserves the right to exploit the recordings to recoup its losses.
PAYMENT TERMS:
All bookings require 50% deposit with the balance of payment at the end of your final session.
Matrix Productions reserves the right to waive the deposit requirement at its sole discretion.
These deposits are non refundable if cancelled within 4 days of the scheduled booking & non transferable. Deposits must be paid before your booking can be confirmed. If a cancellation is made within 4 days of the scheduled session date then your deposit will be forfeited. The remainder of the studio bill must be paid in full on the final day of your session. Failure to produce full payment will result in the studio withholding all copies of recordings, masters or session files until all fees have been paid and funds have cleared. Further failure to pay will result in prosecution. If the recording session is broken up over a period of time, payment may be required either in advance or in installments to cover time that has been used. Matrix Productions reserves the right to implement these payment terms where applicable.
MASTERS DELIVERY:
Matrix Productions holds all multi-track files, mixes and masters for a courtesy period of 30 days after the end of a session unless otherwise specified. All files are deleted thereafter. Please bring a backup storage device if you require your multi-tracks or files. Matrix Productions is not responsible or liable for any file losses.
LIABILITY:
Clients assume all risks associated with storing, on or off the premises of Matrix Productions, or Matrix Productions use of, any and all sound recordings, video recordings, digital data in any storage format including but not limited to audio, video, smpte, midi, or other file types, or equipment of any kind or nature and shall hold Matrix Productions harmless from any and all loss or damage that might occur to said articles for any reason. Matrix Productions liability with respect to downtime of any and all studio sessions as a result from equipment malfunction or availability, personnel, hired musicians, acts of nature or public utility companies, etc., shall be limited solely to the studio time of a such booked session; and client(s) agree to hold Matrix Productions inculpable from any and all damages from such downtime.
Matrix Productions makes no warranties either expressed or implied other than those contained herein and shall not be liable for any failure to perform the services for any cause whatsoever. Matrix Productions shall not be liable for unforeseen or consequential damages of any kind. Should Matrix Productions be unable to conduct a booked session for any reason, then Matrix Productions warrants that it shall re-book such cancelled booking at another time that is mutually agreeable to both Matrix Productions and the client. Rates, policies, and equipment may change without notice either displayed, written or verbally.
Matrix Productions electronics, audio hardware & computing capabilities may change specifications without any notice.
